Screening -
Interview
all prospective tenants and obtain application to rent -
Perform
credit search, including unlawful detainers, on each prospective tenant -
Verify
references from past landlords -
Verify
employment Maintenance
Service -
Coordinate
and supervise all tenant maintenance needs -
Keep
detailed records of all maintenance performed on the property -
Obtain
proposals or estimates from vendors when necessary -
Perform
regular inspections to insure integrity of the property Fully
Computerized Bookkeeping Services -
Set
up and maintain tenant payment records -

up and maintain property income and disbursement records -
