Oceanside is a city in the making consisting of young on-the-go families. This, coupled with the recent downtown redevelopment program definitely makes Oceanside the place to watch! About 20 parks, 2 swim centers, miles of beaches, sport fishing, 2 golf courses...and if you want new, a lot of choices are here. About half the city's homes and apartments were built over the last 15 years.
